RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Merger with Kerr is toast.I would say San Gold entered into an alternate arrangement, by borrowing $1.6m @ 14% and then terminates merger. $1m to KER and $600k to keep SGR operating. What the hell is Gibson thinking? There has to be more news coming.
