RE:CIBC "analyst" or not?Canadian Investors must bombard their MPS in Ottawa to pass new laws to reign in these rating agencies. Right now any Shoemaker can hang a sign on their door and screw with lives of investors. I believe only CAs or MBAs should be allowed to publish comments on Public listed Corporations. Currently it is next to impossible to track all the electronic trades made by the pump and dump artists.
