If the current management is NOT asking the question "what does expediting the EIA mean?" and instead handing over 20% of the company in exchange for this dubious service (when previous management knew exactly what it meant when they asked the question what the amounts being "given" to various mininstries represented) then that doesn't get them off the hook legally under the precedent of "ignorance is no excuse".. Previous management repudiated the bribe proposition and reported it..

Current management are going along with it?.... Maybe they should dust off their copies of the legislation in the Canada relating to bribery of foreign officials. the company minutes apparently include a copy of the "smoking gun" fax so current management cannot claim they didn't know when the Mounties come aknocking on MNR's door..
