RE:RE:RE:Calvalley Declares Force Majeure In Yemen

"The company has announced the force majeure yesterday and today they have changed it after they came to agreement with the union."

Sounds like they told the union to go take a hike and when the union saw they were serious they backed down.  

"This only shows how the Calvalley mangemament are dealing with the situations. Declaring the force majeure is big of a deal but the management are not taking any consideration to the shareholders."

Well I'm a happy shareholder if they didn't bow to the union extortion.  I don't like the idea of paying for employees that aren't needed.

Are you a shareholder? 

"They just make decions randomly ignoring the consequences."

I think they make great decisions.  Caving to union extortion only encourages the union to extort more.

"One day they announce the force majeure and the next day the change their mind."

Yeah, probably changed their mind after the union changed its mind.

"What a disaster. "

Yeah they restarted production.  Clearly and logically that's a total disaster.
