You DID know at the beginning of this process that it's illegal for anyone but Mexican citizens to own real estate in Mexico? Just making sure, alot of folks don't know about this little loophole and get dragged into all sorts of schemes that can NEVER come to fruition becaus of Mexican natiional law.

Apparently they didn't want us Gringos buying up the country.
