sold long ago.
only disappointed because-imo-there was such promise here and mad that i wasted my time.
so the deal went thru-details private of course except for purchase price but at least it happened,for better or for worse.
i imagine that the oil price crash actually helped tri-win with the books but that's another story.
i still maintain that greed and ego kept this from being properly monetized but whatever.
move on and that's all.
