BoringY.... 1) let's wait and see what the report says and see if raises some interest.  Even house have a going rate per sq/ft unless it is an extrodinary house and then it will sell for multiples more than ordinary....2) you are assuming that BGM may be for sale.... why would you do that?!?!?!?
