RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:THE PROBLEM ???there IMHO has to be a balance between paying debt, and maintaining shareholder value. This also gets difficult for the ivory tower brass who in one ear hear pay down debt and dont spend money, and in the other ear they hear, we need to spend money to build EOR infrastructure and recover more oil, more debt. I don't ever wish to be in Rene's position...ever. 

If you were building a house and had a small budget, all you could do is build yourself a wish list and do some preparation for when more money was available to accomdate the items in the wish list. Until then, you do what you can do with what you have, or sink with a partially built house.
