This encourages them to communicate their business plans effectively and be as transparent to build the confidence that would bring them to the table. The IR guy is there to coordinate that effort not act as a firewall. You were right to point out the managements past failures, which in my opinion would encourage them to be even more forthcoming in their plans. - To instill the lost confidence However, they have done somethings right. Including solving the NMP problem to become the lowest cost manufacturer as well as improving on the Superpolymer 2 battery safety and performance. So your questioning their prior performance is weak at best. All withstanding, what they did in December regarding the finanacing arrangements did totally blindside all the outside investors and has changed the risk profile for the company. A situation which many investors did not expect.
