RE:Two weeks should see more results and dividend news.
If we just see a "regular dividend" and not a special, I would suggest they are up to something transformative.
On past divends, I did a quick check:

1.  On the special dividend for holders of record on 24 Dec 2013:  The price was 5.24 on that day and declined to 5.17 the day after.  In the week following, it shot up to 5.75.

2.  On the regular dividend for holders of record on 6 Oct 2014 it was 8.18 and downtrended over the week following to 7.78.

3.   On the regular dividend for holders of record on 26 Nov 2014, it was 9.60 and went down to 8.50 in the two weeks following.

Hard to draw definitive conclusions...
My thoughts are sell immediuately the day following and pick it up cheaper in the week following UNLESS it's a special and everyone remarks on what a cash cow it is and buys in.
