Except when accounting for the dilutinon created by the additional Almonty shares its value will drop proportionally.  Admiteddly its a multivariable simultaneous equation, so have fun with it . . . with the numbers to plug in however you can avoid the most cumbersome elements of the math.

We're still being sold cheap, my cost basis is a dime US, not 8 cents (and thats the MAXIMUM payout) Canadian . . . I can see where this is a great deal for Almonty, I just wonder why they didn't shop around, see if they could find someone to buy Sangdong only for cash or something, repateriate part as dividends and the rest use to fund the other properties.  I think I'd have preferred that approach if we could have gotten a fair price.
