RE:RE:Nom Nom Your note made me think back to BWD days pre-LGX and recapitalization. Traded somewhat similar to what is currently transpiring over at LGX. LGX would be obvious vehicle for LEG to spin assets into. Not sure how this would work since management is clearly not arms-length. Second, at some point, in fairness (to avoid lawsuits from current shareholders) they need to release market results for market to fairly value pre- any transaction.
