the halt..
...could be lots of reasons for this . Could be some questions around who has the authority now to ratify and claim the responsibility for the deal.Would it be the new Rashtriya with their new impending Navratna status or the Modi government.It was and is an ongoing work with long past origins in the old government.Any speculation out there....
