Royalty Shares - a Buyback with Someone Else's Money ?Concept from the bits and pieces of news and forum:
- NSR should be worth more with permits and milestones and especially upon start up production
- NSR's are typically owned by 3rd parties, so Gbb shareholders lose nothing if its parlayed into something that can benefit shareholders
- Gbb may try to buy back a 3rd party NSR at a fixed cost and convert it into higher value " NSR royalty shares"
- at same time, Gbb might offer, if allowed by the exchange, conversion priveleges to the common shares into the more valuable royalty shares, which can reduce the common share float with " NSR driven buyback " ( as long as ratio is greater thatn 1:1 )
-royalty type shares may be in demand from well capitalized funds, royalty companies, and income investors looking for an income stream, due to potential dividend based on NSR for life of granada land especially with permits within reach and potential to add more ounces to the resource and reserves ( historical holes, deep holes, future drilling? )
- the remaining shareholders benefit indirectly with reduced share count to share future corporate profit and potential future buyout.
Its not guaranteed but if it works out its like a buyback with someone elses money !
Lets hope Gold Bullion can pull it off.
