In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

Now above it's previous high. Posco and Tesla in the mix. I believe we are headed for much higher ground. Anyone's thoughts on todays news release on "waiving warrant acceleration" .... a) what are the benefits to the company and shareholders? b) what's happening behind the scene for them to waive this clause? (must be a reason for this)
