If this merger is completed(I expect it will)it won't be because WOF shareholders were given a"fair" price for their shares,it will be because,there have been some"behind closed doors" agreements,that don't incude minority shareholders.I would expect to see some form of compensation for voting in favor of the merger.....future considerations for preferred shares,or maybe awarding stock options,so asta la vista small shareholders,maybehanging on to the tail of this merger will give you as small scrap of monetaty gain.
