RE:RE:CEM gets $250K from Dowa.......I'm sorry Bob, I would have replied to your new post, but I read the title, and thought the same as you....no one had replied to your post. I didn't notice that you had replied!  In spite of the absence of activity on the board things seem to be falling into place nicely. The recent multiple insider buying is a very good omen, IMO. Never before have so many insiders,(5), bought so many shares on the open market in such a short period of time.
