Who knows for sure?
Correlation to Alberta, plunge in oil and impact on the consumer?
Bad press regarding corporate governance and conflict of interest?
Valuation stretched at 90, and classic growth/value plunge vs revaluation?
The herd panicking-Mr Market?
Information none of us know here?

Still, as Buffett says: If you wait for the robins, spring will have sprung (or something like that!)

I look at it as a great opportunity in the 30s to back up the truck, and will do so again if given the opportunity.
