RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Holy Smokes! Another dividend.....
Only the kind that requires us to wear tin foil hats..............

Seriously, I believe that only a small percentage (maybe 2 - 3 million) of the 37 million shares are being traded.  The vast majority of shares are held by people that want the stable dividend.  To me this means that somebody can set the priceby trading a block of 20,000 shares which is only <0.1% of the total shares but represents ~1% of the shares available for trade.  When I look at the level 2 quotes I keep seeing 10 - 20,000 blocks offered for sale at a few cents above the base.  Right now there are 15000 offered at $2.83 last trade $2.81.

Yesterday was the largest volume (320k) this year. I have to wonder who and why anybody would sell blocks of 10000 shares at 2.65 2.70. and 2.75 when it was clearly wanting to run...........Unless they want to keep a lid on the price............This begs the question of wash trading, matched trades, etc.........

This is where I put on my tin foil hat......................................
