RE:RE:News, NI 43-101I'm speculating that only the data and results known at the effective date of Jan 26 are included in the report.  Anything known post the 26th should be distributed via news release.  If you're writing a detailed report like this, you need to stamp it with a date and base your analysis on what is known at the time.  Otherwise, you'd be sitting on a Ferris Wheel that doesn't stop.
