In the March 2015 Canadian Business issue, quote on XSR:

"With no obvious acquisition opportunities, the company is rapidly paying down its debt. The satellite audio subscription service's cash-flow generation is so strong, analysts like Adam Shine at National Bank expect it will actually raise its dividend later in the year. While subscription growth slowed in the most recent quarter, the dip is widely believed to be temporary, due in part to an increase in music royalty and regulatory fees."
