RE:RE:Critical PointActually share buyback programs are fairly good for investment value, though the value realized is indirect, as ts an anti-diluative action.  I LOVE Apple's stock buybacks as they've figured in no small part in keeps its P/E well within the reasonable range.  Now, if you're buying back stock just to re-issue to your own executives for warming the tops of chairs, that's not a good thing.
