the 10 mil is not a loan, it is a debenture. that is kinda like a mortgage and they have to get the lenders to agree to the new deal.
that is why we need to get this done asap. whenever we get a rise in the gold price MTO will be in very good shape.
that's the risk we take.

a little luck would help. luck is always better then brains.
