RE:RE:RE:RE:Seeking Alpha article on BeckersI was just wondering how you came up to a BV of $25-30/ share. From what I have come across on SEDAR, there is very little in the way of information supplements in terms of individual property listings that would allow investors to really see under the hood on this one.

Also, with respect to the sale, I appreciate that the all of the management is aging but without anything fundamentally changing with the business since the sale of operations is a sale that realistic?

Insights or direction would be really appreciated.
