RE:Late January productionMouseman, based on your detailed analysis which I thank you for, what is youe opinion on what will happen. There are indeed lots of stakeholders in this deal.

There is also a lot of speculation on this board and I have yet to see any notations what we as shareholders can do to abroagte this deal.
