Altius didn't have stable cash flow until they acquired Sherritt royalties last year. They took a ton of debt to buy those royalties. Their top priory until now has been to pay down that debt.

Virginia/Callinan deals give Altius enough cash to reduce debt to a managable level (1X annual revenue). Brian Dalton said today that dividend initiation is now on the table for BOD to discuss.

It's not a done deal. They may decide to conserve cash to hunt for more deals. Brian said that current environment is rich with opportunities.

Personally, I'm fine with whatever they decided to do.
