RE:The million dollar question is : what will it go for???
i think if there really would come a takeover offer, that it would mean for us, that the one who buys it, considers the permit and lake not as big problem. I can't judge that, but I believe that Qinton Hennigh can be trusted in that regard. But the market surely is pricing that in as problems. So with these problems priced out for a buyer USD 200 million seems not too expensive for a project with the qualities Quinton recently has lined out.
How many shares do we have? 150M?
That would make 1,33USD/share.
I have the hope that Akiko, who has gone with the company through thick and thin would not sell it too cheap.
Let's say AISC are 700 $/oz, assume a POG of $1200, makes $500/oz. 5 million oz are roughly 2.5 billion over the whole mine of life.
Let's say building costs 700. the aquisition 200, makes 900M.
= 1.6 billion $ profit before taxes and interest payments.
I think what is really interesting:
If the aquisition would 200 or 300 million doesn't really matter that much. These numbers give a good impression of the good size of Springpole.
