Friend,

"brouwie as awesome as it would be to be considered by precision cast parts, I highly think that will be unlikely for the same reason that Materion would not be able to acquire us--anti-trust competition laws."

Il read here that the CEO of IBC here still think otherwise.?

With all that in mind, is IBC now vulnerable to a takeover?" Possibly, says Dutton, although it’s unlikely Materion would be allowed to bid, due to US anti-trust laws. But there are other players, like the US company Precision Cast Parts."

Just the mention of the two companies has been super for IBC.

An acquisition
price will therefore certainly not be low imo.
What is low or high is for each of us different.

For me $ 1 to $ 2 would be all right.

That great things are being prepared behind the scenes is clear to me.
So you may know I'm all-in , the last year for me is a small nightmare.

But as said previously, I know what I have and I do not like dump and pump businesses.
IBC is clearly a company in development and as you continue to pay attention to the facts it will be fine ..
...

Like always time will tell

GLTA.
