RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why did they not force warrant conversion?Seems to be going on in other areas of the market also. Market astute appear to be challenging the regulators.

BOD potentially not acting in the interest of the company.  if that's the case they are opening themselves, personally, up to Director's liability, where they can be personally sued by shareholders for breach of fiduciary duty.
