MW is doing an equity financing at the worse possible time so there is a good deal of doubt there. Nigerian crude exports to the US, their long time largest customer is now zero and the country’s storage is almost maxed out. What happens when there is no place to put all the unsold crude? We ran into this exact situation a few months ago when a tanker loading was late, because storage was full MMT was forced  to shut down until the tanker arrived. Of course there is boko haram and its alignment with ISIS also weighing down confidence and corruption and pollution and nationalizing of resources and massive poverty and a simmering pot of civil unrest that is starting to boil over.
