Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:Hedge and cmax
My personal opinion is that a takeover will happen within the next 12 months. Bruce Campbell suggested a while back that he thought SIO would would be bought out before year-end.

Many on this board do not agree, but I think with Sensio's Hi-Fi 3D format, various other patents, CE relationships, studio relationships and experience gained building and successfully launching an international 3D streaming app make them attractive as a takeover.

The unfortunate thing is that many long-time shareholders are long from much higher levels. If I had to guess I would speculate that the eventual takeover happens somewhere between .50-.75 a share. Possibly as early as around the first international launch (after Canada) of 3DGO.
