"Those who bought at the bottom have made a nice gain.   It will certainly help reduce the ACB for many if you don't waste it. "    WOW it ain't said no plainer than that.
 
  I wonder how many of the Bellyachers sold a few off to buy back in later.    Foxy as bad a he is mite have been the only one smart enuff.      For the rest I bet it just went WHOOOooooShhhhh rite over their heads.     Now back to the complainin about Elmer I spose.
