Athabasca Oil Corporation (AOC) is a Canadian energy company with a focused strategy on the development of thermal and light oil assets. AOC’s segments include Light Oil and Thermal Oil. The Thermal Oil segment includes the Company’s assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of bitumen from sand and carbonate rock formations located in the Athabasca region of Northern Alberta. It also consists of two operating oil sands steam assisted gravity drainage projects and a resource base of exploration areas in the Athabasca region of northeastern Alberta. The Light Oil segment includes its assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of light crude oil and medium crude oil, tight oil and conventional natural gas. Its Light Oil segment consists exclusively of the Duvernay in the Greater Kaybob area with about 155,000 gross acres across Kaybob West, Kaybob North, Kaybob East and Two Creeks.

RE:Sorry gustoffIf you were here worried about a position of yours, intrepreting it as bad news when it actually has nothing to do with ATH since the put option is done/history/complete then you should want to be corrected if it had any factor in your buying, not buying or selling of a position. It's done, they can't get out of the put/dover transaction. If they want to trade/sell Dover after the fact, it is not negative news for ATH.
If you were here to tell us about a comment you heard on BNN that you don't even understand then you should welcome the correction. You can check stockchase for all the analyst comments on any stock, all of them are full of misleading insinuations, half truths, twisted context, bias...  everyone from mainstream media to internet media to financial analysts/brokers/fund managers...  all have their own agendas,,,,  that is why you START with facts. 
Two more posters after me also gave you some facts... including talking to investor relations of the company.
I certainly won't put you on ignore just in case BNN has something else entirely irrelevant and you connect dots that don't exist and come here to post shet.
