The Next Milestone Event is the AGM in Mid May

The Next Milestone Event is the AGM in Mid MayBigbird999:

Kudos again for keeping the board apprised of the nut and bolts of the NIF history and Glencore's potential strategy.

As previously noted, the Q & A of last CC was interesting as questioners zeroed in on some pretty glaring gaps in job performance expectation. Questions related to the potential closure discussions with Quebec government personnel appeared to be taken "under advisement" as it takes more than five years to make alternate arrangements... including subsidies, retraining, electrical rates etc. Of course, the answer to the valuation question defied any level logic.

As a rebuttal question in the upcoming, I would hope that those major shareholders (left) looking to do some DD on their investment in NIF at the very least would press them on the 5W's the talked to wrt the notification.

On the land valuation question, I would suggest that request the input of an independent third party qualified Certified Business Valuator (CBV) with business real estate experience.

The next milestone event is the AGM in mid May.  It will be interesting to see how they try to spin all their negative language and the writedown in the face of the 2014 results, the 2015 guidance and what promises to be a pretty good Q1, especially if a few of the larger share holders or analysts ask some hard questions like they did on the last conference call.  I plan to be there to watch the fun...

FWIW - Did someone profited from some serious boilerplate language?

Cheers
Stanley
