RE:RE:RE:How do bigger offers usually ?I doubt if there are Harvest employees.  In Delaware, you can form a company fast and cheaply then dispose of it.  Kaidi, is probably just buying the technology and moving it to China like they did to Rentech.  It has been years and it appears they still can not get the Rentech technology to work in China.  It worked well here.  I would guess too, that the ANRG emloyees that cannot retire on this deal will be looking for work.

Im starting to wonder if the russians are in cahoots with Kaidi.  If you recall, when ANRG sold its soul to Ervington they received some board seats.  I bet the russions made the rest of ANRG an offer they couldnt refuse, at least if they loved their famlies.
