I recall that the 95% idea would only apply at Maturity (Sept 2017) and not on an earlier redemption. Earlier redemptions would base the number of shares to issue on the $1.41 price.

Is this so, for those concerned about the reducing the dilution : the best option would be to wait until the maturity date and to redeem the debentures at 95% of the then share price. If it were a good price, say over $3 the number new shares would be much lower than an earlier redemption.
