RE:RE:ValuationGood effort City. It seems to me PHM is a bit overvalued if not at fair price with present projection not e tended out for the next year. Hard to set a target price for a concept stock relying on future M&A. I am watching closely these days if the $1.50 can hold. As May is approaching and the summer not looking so sure preserve some capital may not be a bad idea. Just my humble opinion.
