RE:How much is largo worth based on Maracas alone? If you go back and take into consideration all the money and effort that goes into getting a mine like this into production you would agree that what LArgo has is priceless...
Some money facts and other time/money consuming activities that are part of the intrinsic value of Maracas:
- Payments made by Largo to acquire the project (32 million):
11-Oct-12 | $8,000,000 |
29-Mar-11 | $6,000,000 |
16-Mar-10 | $5,000,000 |
05-May-08 | $4,000,000 |
- Drilling to prove the resources, dramatically increasing the proven resources
- All kind of studies and Permits: PEA/PFS/FS/mining permit/Localization License/The Installation License (LI)/ The Operating License (LO), metallurgy, etc
- increased its land position around the Maracas Vanadium Project. Largo has increased its landholdings from the original two (2) concessions that made up the Maracas vanadium property that totalled 2,000 hectares to 21 concessions totalling 27,172 hectares. These concessions cover the Rio Jacare Intrusion for over 40 kilometres of strike length (see attached concession map below). The Rio Jacare Intrusion hosts the Gulcari "A" vanadium deposit which is part of the Maracas Vanadium Project. This makes Largo the largest land holder in the area.
- obtaining financing from the banks
- building and bringing the project into production with minor costs overrrun
- Off-take agreement with Glencore
- All kinds of money raised and invested in the project:
Date | Amount |
11-Mar-15 | 12,000,000 |
Oct. 6, 2014 | 30,000,000 |
13-Dec-13 | 17,000,000 |
14-Mar-13 | 7,000,000 |
01-Nov-12 | 10,000,000 |
25-Mar-11 | 115,000,000 |
Total | 191,000,000 |
None of the above is intended to be an exhaustive list of what has taken place to bring this project into production. If you add these numbers plus the amount borrowed from the banks you can see that in excess of 500million has already been invested into this project.
Did someone said that current shareholders will be willing to sell for 1.30? Give me a break!
Do you think that these people are stupid or afraid and just want to break even?
