i knew i should of held on to this

i had this months ago before the halt, had to cash out to invest into another stock that was very nice to me, but not as nice as this would of been. i got in at 0.67 and its been looking nice. i see some people on this board are predicting 5, 10, even 20$!! anyone care to share some input in why they feel this will have an over 700 million $ evaluation?
