the hold up seems rooted in a comment Dmitri made in the CC

the hold up seems rooted in a comment Dmitri made in the CCI doubt that covering the purchase price is what's holding the deal up. MW seems to have the ability to raise funds (depending upon market conditions as the two bankers, FBN & RMB stated). To me the hold up seems to be rooted in a comment Dmitri made in the CC. He said something along the lines of Shell is just now providing numbers related to capex necessary for rehabilitation of associated pipelines and infrastructure. Considering the dramatic drop in production over the years one has to assume they are in desperate condition. Examination of these numbers is a very large undertaking that is going to take time but before committing MW needs to know with absolute certainty what they are. If the requirement is excessive relative to other opportunities they may cut bait and pay the break fee.
