RE:Wheres Villar in all of this ?

RE:Wheres Villar in all of this ? Villar is happy to see this go nowhere for a while.   Then from time to time, he injects a few million dollars for a huge increase in share ownership, diluting current shareholders until he controls nearly the entire company.     The question I had was why the Ricafort group just does nothing in the NADECOR fight, but one poster here mentioned that Ricafort may be profitting from the small illegal operations at the King king mine.   If the latter is true, it is a win for both sides to have King King sit idle and may explain why the Supreme Court decision is being held back.

Just wait for the next dilution of SAU by Villar coming up in the next several months.      The only thing that would change things if gold shot up so high that too much money would be lost by sitting on the sidelines.        Otherwise, everyone who currently holds equity will see it effectively go to zero.
