extensive distribution network of poor quality fertilizer dismantled....2015-2016 tech services ministry of agriculture through national directorate working to find another Mali supplier(malijet.com)...sadly, with migrants including Malians drowning trying to get to Europe, a very small group is holding up the signing of the peace accord...meanwhile Europeans hold meetings on how to stop migrants??? Go figure...GLTA
