Mostly in the $3.00 range.  The bulk of the 'lists recongize the value but consider the technical environment.  So, guys like Scotia dropped from 3 and change to 3 even.  

 

Raymond James is the most bullish.  I don't subscribe as I have a ThompsonOne feed at work, but if I were to, RJ is the one I'd pay for.  Their lead guy is sharp.  They are down from $4.00, and now targeting high $3's.

 

It's not rocket science.  Just tally up the free cash flow projected and off you go.  The good ones visit the sites and assess management's abilites though.  Case in point - CFF (Conifex).  An utterly lame group who can't shoot stright.  Thus, they get lousy rating from 'lists who look at thw whole picture.
