Again we are speculating that  the rise in short position is/was related to the issue of the FTS.

This speculation could be confirmed once the short position is confirmed early in May.

FWIW... Would the recent CCO deal with India, Japan restart schedule, O & G rebound, CNBC, CNN, etc vectors produce a positive resultant? Maybe maybe not.
