Pinetree and Inwinstosh desparate for cash and about to screw over the average investor here by making this one of the cheapest deals on a per ounce basis in Canada according to recent article from ex-Northern Miner writer Gwen Preston (Resource Maven). Truly a sad situation for all but they likely have the votes to carry the day.
