The confidence can be seen in the aggressiveness of the hiring. They have 1 salesperson for every two hospitals served. They are obviously very confident of orders to pay for the cost of the sales team as they ramp up geographical coverage. The number of hospitals served is going exponential on page nine of the presentation. The orders and re-orders are very smooth and predictable. Again, this predictability is supporting the aggressiveness of the hiring. Now in their second year of doubling sales this is becoming a pattern and given the market size the smart money should be here soon. That have also activated investment in their pipeline, includiing the transdermal version of their lead product.
