RE:RE:RE:June 3, 2015
I agree, - I feel that the resource should revert to the crown, given that the Alberta Government provided all the necessary permits to a company called Coalspur and these permits were provided in Good Faith. The  deals to transport the coal via CN and the shipping of the coal via Ridley Terminals were all in place and the folks in Coalspur Management could not finalize the execution of the mine, as they did not have the money.

THE SHAREHOLDERS TRUSTED THEM TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MINE AT HINTON, NOT ABANDON IT AND SELL THE EQUITY FOR TWO CENTS A SHARE.

This deal is moraly wrong and i have written to the new NDP Premier, Rachel Notley to stop this deal and have the coal resource revert to the Crown.

If the mine is not worth developing in the eyes of Coalspur Management, than why is it so valuable to a billionaire from the United States.
