A private placement is a good bet but I wonder if there won't first be a rollback to get the share count back under control.

10 to 1 followed by say 30M to 40M shares at $1. Maybe doable. Maybe not. Maybe less money is required? Maybe more?

Lets see what the Feb financials have to say.
