There's only 118M shares outstanding. 45M of which are in institutional hands.

I agree I wouldn't mind more institutional involvement but sadly the market sucks.

1.28 is a very good entry point into the stock with high probability for a takeover. 
Santa Elana has exceeded expectations..one day we will be rewarded.
