LRE is an excellent stock & that is why it is being targeted by TD Securities. What is going on behind the scenes I don't know but with Renegade - FrontFour cursed mgt. & spread the seeds of discord & then sided with TD in the takeover by a 2 bit penny stock called Alexander & we small share holders got burned severely.

Notice how TD is staying away from Lightstream but is relentless in its attack on LRE in which they have no financial interest. They want to bring LRE to financial ruin & coherse Sproatt or Franklin Resources to side with them in a attempt of a take over & shaft the small investors.
Why? Because LRE has excellent assets & is financially sound. But if TD can spread lies of mismangement & financial woes - which they do all the time - they can move in for the kill & feast on LRE assets & we small investors pay the price.

The snot eaters at TD securities are criminals & deserve to be in jail. Under Cdn. law; TD can do whatever they want & the SEC & TSX will do nothing, absolutely nothing. Criminals run the TSX.
